Q. When I enter my name and password, the web site says "Sorry, you have been idle to long." What do I do?

A. You are entering it in the Member's only page. To log in to ResAssist, follow the "Book Travel with ResAssist" link.

 
Q. How do I get my login ID and password?

A. You are assigned a login ID when your company is set up. To get your new password, enter your company name and member ID and click on "Lost Password". You will then need to fill out the form, and you will then be e-mailed your new password.

 
Q. How do I set up my profile?

A. There are a few ways. You can either create a profile from the "CB-TRAVEL.COM" home page or you can log into Resassist and click on "View or Edit Traveler Profile" link from the main menu. This is your personal profile where you can enter or update FF#'s, Air, Car, and Hotel preferences.
